How do I get an estimate?

Simply click the “Calculate Now” button on our homepage or follow this link to get a rough estimate based on your needs. You can also get in touch with us by calling 1800 572 1508.

Will I be charged the full quoted amount even if it does not take that long to service my house/office?

Our estimates are usually created based on your requirements, as described by you to us. However, if your actual Pest control requirements are lesser than what was quoted for, you will be charged lesser accordingly.

Will there be a house visit before I can book a pest control service?

If the details you have provided us before booking the session is sufficient enough, there will be no need for us to visit you beforehand. However, if we think a visit may be required after our discussion with you, we may arrange a visit to understand your needs a little better.

Are pest service included?

Yes, the Pestoman visiting your home/office will bring along all necessary products and equipment. Our service charges are all inclusive.

Can I get a same-day booking?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings although it can be arranged based on the urgency of your requirement and the availability of our Pestoman.

How many staff will you send?

Depending on the size of your space and the requirement, the number of Pestoman sent to your home/office will vary.

What happens if I am not happy with the service?

If you are unhappy with any of the services we’ve rendered, do call us within 24 hours of the service. We will visit your premises once again, and extend our services until you are fully satisfied.

When will I be charged for the service?

You will receive an invoice after each session of service you have booked and payments will be accepted based on it.
